Job Title: Executive Assistant (EA) to MD
Location: Gurgaon
Experience: Graduate with minimum 5 years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant role.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and prioritize the executives calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Proactively resolve scheduling conflicts and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Draft, proofread, and edit emails, presentations, and correspondence.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications.
- Prepare agendas, minutes, and materials for meetings.
- Facilitate virtual and in-person meetings, ensuring all logistics are arranged.
- Organize complex travel itineraries, accommodations, and expense reports.
- Plan and coordinate executive events or functions.
- Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and databases.
- Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and other operational tasks.
- Assist with special projects, research, and report creation.
- Track deadlines, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Build strong working relationships with internal team members, clients, and partners.
- Anticipate needs and provide solutions proactively.
