Job Description Executive Assistant (EA)

Location: Noida

Working Days: 5 days a week + 2 Saturdays off (Alternate Saturdays working)

Reporting To: Promoter / Managing Director

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Promoter in a fast-paced, promoter-driven organization. The role requires strong coordination skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Promoters calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel schedules
• Act as a liaison between the Promoter and internal/external stakeholders
• Prepare MIS reports, presentations, notes, and follow-up trackers
• Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion
• Coordinate meetings, MOMs, and ensure timely follow-ups on action items
• Assist in drafting emails, letters, and official communication
• Support in business reviews, data collation, and priority initiatives
• Manage day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks as required

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline
• 510 years of experience as an Executive Assistant to CXO / Promoter
• Prior experience in a promoter-driven organization preferred
