Position: Executive Assistant / Strategist Directors Office


Location:Mumbai, BKC (Corporate Office)


Education:

  • IIT / NIT Graduate (mandatory)
  • MBA from a top-tier B-school (preferred)


Experience:

  • 10+ years in strategy, business analytics, consulting, or high-impact operational roles

Role Overview:

We are seeking a high-caliber Executive Assistant / Strategist to the Director who will serve as a trusted partner in driving strategic priorities, strengthening performance governance, and accelerating execution across regions and business units.

This role goes beyond traditional executive assistance it combines strategy, analytics, project leadership, and cross-functional influence to enable high-impact decision-making at the top.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Strategic & Executive Partnership

  • Act as a thought partner to the Director on business priorities and strategic initiatives.
  • Develop structured briefs, executive dashboards, and insight-driven summaries for informed decision-making.
  • Monitor key performance indicators across functions, regions, and business verticals.


2. Performance Governance & Analytics

  • Analyze MIS and business reports to uncover trends, performance gaps, risks, and growth opportunities.
  • Present clear, data-backed recommendations with actionable next steps.
  • Ensure rigorous follow-through on critical action items and leadership directives.


3. Strategic Project Leadership

  • Lead cross-functional, high-priority projects driven from the Directors Office.
  • Track progress against milestones, budgets, and defined outcomes.
  • Drive accountability and execution discipline across stakeholders.


4. Productivity & Process Excellence

  • Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend scalable process improvements.
  • Champion productivity and transformation initiatives across regions.
  • Encourage experimentation and innovative, solution-oriented thinking.


5. Leadership & Stakeholder Alignment

  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership to ensure alignment on strategic initiatives.
  • Act as a bridge between the Director and internal teams to enhance clarity, speed, and execution rigor.
