Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support to senior leadership. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining discretion and professionalism in a fast-paced manufacturing setup.

Key Responsibilities

Provide Administrative support to Directors / Senior Management.

Manage appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements

Prepare presentations, reports, MIS, and official correspondence.

Act as a liaison between senior leadership and internal/external stakeholders.

Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion

Coordinate leadership meetings, reviews, and follow-ups on action items.

Track deadlines, priorities, and commitments of senior management.

Manage documentation, contracts, and official records.

Required Skills & Qualification

Graduate / Postgraduate degree in any discipline.

810 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant to senior leadership.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
