Job Description
About the Company
The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for high level executives. They should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive's behalf. Lastly, this individual should be able to draft documents and help the executive with any necessary meeting preparations.
About the Role
- Executive Support - Manage CMDs calendar, schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Communication Management - Draft, review, and manage correspondence with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Coordination Across Units - Liaise with interallied locations PAN India for updates, reporting, and task execution.
- Documentation & Reporting - Maintain confidential records, prepare reports, and assist in presentation development.
- Administrative Efficiency - Track deadlines, prioritize tasks, and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of CMDs office.
Responsibilities
- Financial Dimensions - Not directly applicable; supports CMD in strategic oversight.
- People Dimensions - Coordinates with senior leadership, department heads, and external authorities.
Qualifications
- Technical/Functional Expertise
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Familiarity with digital collaboration tools (Zoom, Teams, Google Workspace)
- Strong drafting and documentation skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Tech-savvy and quick to adapt to new tools and platforms
