Role Description

Blossoms School, Meerut is seeking to appoint anExecutive Assistant (EA) Founder Headmasters Office. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Meerut. The role involves managing the flow of information within the school, maintaining institutional documentation and records and supporting the Founder Headmaster with communication, coordination, scheduling and administrative follow-ups. Responsibilities include handling emails and official correspondence, preparing presentations, reports and documents, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, assisting with presentation materials and creatives using Canva and supporting the schools information management and social media communication.

Qualifications

Good command of English (spoken and written)

Strong communication skills

Strong coordination and organizational skills

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Proficiency in Google Workspace

Working knowledge of Canva

Basic designing and presentation skills

• Ability to manage information, documentation and records effectively
