Job Description
Experience :
- Minimum 5 years as Executive Assistant, Preferably from IT company
Work Location : Chennai & Work from office
Roles & Responsibilities :-
- Calendar Management : Scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating the executive's daily agenda.
- Communication : Handling emails, phone calls, and correspondence on behalf of the executive.
- Travel Arrangements : Booking flights, accommodations, and managing itineraries for business trips.
- Administrative Tasks: Assisting with paperwork, expense reports, and other administrative duties.
- Information Management : Organizing and maintaining important documents and data.
- Project Support : Assisting in project management and coordination, including tracking deadlines and deliverables.
- Office Management : Overseeing office supplies, equipment, and coordinating office logistics.
- Confidentiality : Maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive company and executive information.
- Relationship Building: Acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners
Skills & Qualification required:-
- Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role
- Basic understanding of frequently used computer software and programs, such as Microsoft Office
- Ability to pay attention to details, Should have good interpersonal & multitasking skills.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
