Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant Founders Office & Business Operations, based in Mumbai. The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative assistance and executive support to the Founders Office. Responsibilities include managing schedules, preparing expense reports, and handling executive communications. The position will also involve assisting in administrative tasks related to business operations, coordinating meetings, and ensuring effective office management.

Salary 40 K per month. Kindly do not apply if you have more expectation.


Qualifications

  • Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills
  • Experience in preparing Expense Reports and providing Executive Support
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Professional demeanor and ability to handle confidential information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office /calendar Management/ Calling
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in the renewable energy sector is beneficial
