Qualification - Post Graduation from Tier 1 / B-School

Experience - 2+ years of similar experience to top management

Job description:

Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather and analyze data
Develop and present comprehensive reports, dashboards and actionable insights to support strategic decision making
Identify key performance indicators and implement measurement tools to monitor and improve operational efficiency
Conduct in-depth analysis of processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization
Lead and support special projects aimed at streamlining processes, reducing cost and maximizing resource utilization
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure effective integration of technology solutions that support operational excellence
Communicate findings and recommendations clearly and effectively to stakeholders at all levels
Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and minutes as necessary.
Serve as a central point of contact between the department head and internal/external stakeholders
Monitor project timelines and assist in tracking progress.
Handle sensitive information and always maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
