Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Manage calendar, travel, meetings, and communications.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and confidential documents.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings/events.

Strategic & Project Support

  • Track and follow up on strategic initiatives and key deliverables.
  • Support business reviews, data analysis, and decision-making.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and execution.
  • Conduct research and prepare briefs for strategic discussions.

Stakeholder & Communication Management

  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Ensure timely and effective communication on behalf of the Director.

Required Functional Competencies


  • Advanced MS Office Skills Excel (dashboards, pivot tables), PowerPoint (presentations), Outlook (calendar/email management).
  • Digital Collaboration Tools MS Teams, Zoom, SharePoint, OneDrive.
  • Data Handling & Reporting Ability to work with business data, generate reports, and support analytics.
  • Document Management Version control, formatting, and archiving.

Basic Project Management Tools Familiarity with tools like Trello, Asana, or MS Project is a plus.


Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 46 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior leadership
