Executive Architect

StudioKIA is a multi-disciplinary design studio operating at the intersection of architecture, urbanism, and development strategy.

From large-scale masterplans and townships to luxury hospitality and experiential environments, our work spans geographies and typologies shaped through collaborations with leading developers, global hospitality brands, and institutional clients.

We believe architecture today must move beyond objects toward systems, landscapes, and experiences that endure.

We are looking for an Architect (13 years experience) to join our Gurugram studio.

This is not a production-only role.

You will be part of a team working across concept, design development, and early-stage thinking, contributing meaningfully to projects that are large in scale and ambitious in intent.

If you are someone who wants to build a strong design foundation while working on real, built projects, this role is for you.

• Contribute to concept design and spatial development across multiple project typologies
• Develop drawings, diagrams, and 3D models that communicate design clearly
• Assist in design development and technical coordination
• Work closely with senior architects, visualization teams, and consultants
• Support in preparing presentations, competitions, and client-facing material
• Engage in research materials, precedents, site context, and global benchmarks
• Translate design ideas into clear, buildable outputs

• Bachelors degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
• 13 years of experience in an architectural practice
• Strong design thinking and spatial understanding
• Proficiency in:
• AutoCAD
• SketchUp / Rhino
• Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign)
• Revit (preferred)
• Ability to work across 2D, 3D, and presentation formats
• Clarity in communication visual and verbal
• A self-driven, detail-oriented approach
