Role Description
We are seeking an exceptionalExecutive Assistant to the Chairmanto serve as a trusted partner and right-hand to the Chairman in both strategic and operational matters. This is a high-impact role for a sharp, ambitious professional who combines outstanding organizational capability with strong business understanding and analytical thinking.
Based full-time at our office inKoregaon Park, Pune, this role goes beyond traditional executive assistance. The successful candidate will work closely with the Chairman to help drive business priorities, support decision-making, and ensure the effective execution of key initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Executive Support & Coordination
- Manage the Chairmans calendar, ensuring optimal prioritization of meetings, commitments, and strategic activities
- Coordinate internal and external meetings with senior executives, partners, and stakeholders
- Manage all travel planning including itineraries, logistics, and scheduling
- Handle professional correspondence, communications, and follow-ups on behalf of the Chairman
- Prepare briefing materials, reports, presentations, and meeting notes
Business & Strategic Support
- Act as the Chairmans trusted operational partner in managing day-to-day business priorities
- Assist with business analysis, research, and preparation of insights to support strategic decisions
- Track key initiatives and ensure timely follow-through on action items across teams
- Support project coordination for important business initiatives and leadership priorities
- Monitor business developments and provide structured updates to the Chairman
Operational Excellence
- Ensure smooth execution of executive-level activities and leadership engagements
- Manage confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism
- Organize leadership events, board-level meetings, and strategic offsites when required
- Build strong internal coordination with leadership teams to ensure effective communication and execution
