Job Description
Role and Responsibilities:
1. Assist the Team of Alumni Relations in the implementation of the Universitys alumni
relations plans and initiatives.
2. Support the day-to-day operations of the Alumni Relations Office, ensuring timely
execution of alumni engagement activities and smooth coordination within the team.
3. Assist in budget tracking, expense documentation, and administrative support related to
alumni events and programs.
4. Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate effective communication regarding
alumni events, alumni groups, publications, and digital outreach initiatives.
5. Support alumni relations activities in the following areas:
- Alumni benefits and services, in coordination with relevant University departments
- Alumni communications, including newsletters, announcements, and digital content
- Website and email communications related to alumni engagement
- Planning and execution of alumni events and activities
- Support to academic and administrative departments for alumni-related initiatives
- Coordination with alumni groups, chapters, and associations, including overseas
- chapters
6. Assist in developing and maintaining student, alumni, and volunteer networks, and
support volunteer engagement initiatives.
7. Support the management and updating of alumni data on platforms such as the
FLAME Alumni Portal and Salesforce.
8. Work closely with departments that frequently engage with alumni, such as the HECS
and CSO to support their alumni engagement efforts.
9. Ensure proper record keeping and documentation of alumni events, activities, and
communications.
10. Undertake any other responsibilities related to the Alumni Relations Office as assigned
by the reporting manager.
