Position: Executive Administration

Experience: 2+ Years

Location: Ahmedabad

Position description: Handle & streamline ground level Administrative activities, procurement/spending against allocated budgeted, follow Administrative processes & policies.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage day to day operations includes facilities for office premises, maintenance etc.
• Implement all policies and regulations as applicable.
• Do actual spends as per the approved budget
• Work as per allocated responsibilities.
• Deals with vendor for work as per contract & agreement.
• Maintain inventory of office supplies and the purchase of new material.
• Extend all required support to enabling functions like HR, Finance, Legal etc
• Deal with vendors & suppliers for day to day operation.
• Work on all office activities such as recycling, renovations, event planning etc.
