Position Title - Executive- Sales Analytics

Location - Bangalore

Qualification - Graduate (Engineering/Statistics) /Post Graduate (MBA)

Experience - 2-4 years of experience in business analytics and business intelligence

Responsibilities

1) Business performance monitoring

Identification of opportunities across Geography, Channel, Brand, Pack and provide insights on disruptive gain opportunities

• Monitoring and reporting of Width and depth of Distribution of focus brands

2) Insight generation and advanced analytics

• Collaborate with business leaders to deliver insights derived from data, highlight emerging trends/customer needs, and work through implications for business strategy.
• Analyze on-going basis opportunities/threats, strengths/weaknesses affecting growth and national / regional programs and report information to business head.
• Analyze business portfolio by designing performance dashboards and other business classification, selecting and prioritization metrics.
• Preparation and analysis of daily, monthly & annual dashboard and reports that assist in business planning and deployment.
• Perform data mining activities of gathering and compiling data to make a thorough analysis and to extract the relevant information

3) Soft Skills:

Curious about business and the execution of analytics opportunities in business

Story boarding ability to knit numbers and data into a powerful story to senior management

Relationship building skill with the internal client

4) Knowledge and Skills:

• Proficient in Excel,Python/R and SQL, Azure/DataBricks
• Proficient in BI tools(Power BI, Tableau, etc.,)
• Strong domain knowledge and understanding, Retail and CPG vertical preferred
• Consulting/client servicing experience in analytics
