Role Responsibilities:

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITYPERFORMANCE MEASURES (QUANTITATIVE / QUALITATIVE)

1Plant Maintenance for Productivity Improvement

 • Implement the daily maintenance plan to enhance the serviceability of electrical / mechanical instrumentation system
• Implement and monitor the preventive / predictive maintenance to minimize breakdown
• Handle real time breakdown/emergency effectively
• VED analysis of spares & maintain inventory of vital, essential & desirable spares as par analysis
• Maintaining asset history data & improving asset life applying analysing tools• Plan Vs Actual
• % Improvement in Production lead time
• No of breakdowns

2Operation and Maintenance of Utilities

 • Ensure efficient operation and  maintenance of Turbine, DG’s, Air Compressors, HVAC, STP, ETP, Industrial Water Supply, incinerator, Chillers, Transformers, Switch Gears, VFDs
• Be responsible for Statuary compliance adherence and monitoring• Plan Vs Actual
• No of breakdowns

3Documentation and Reporting

 • Document and Report maintenance activities
• Maintain a list of all spares available
• Follow maintenance strategies, procedures & methods outlined in the maintenance manual
• Measure and monitor Utility consumption reporting
• Liaise with Government Regulatory authorities for license renewals, NOCs etc.
• Accuracy, Timelines

4Support

 • Supervise the installation & commissioning of equipment
• Work closely with Quality, EHS, Production, Process Managers to ensure timely support or undertake preventive actions
• Co-ordinate with Procurement department to ensure availability of spares• Plan Vs Actual; Preventive Maintenance actions, 'Quality, Availability of Spares
