Job Description:

Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering

Experience (in years): Minimum 7-8 years

Roles & Responsibilities: (Tasks)

• Responsible for operation of all Utility generation and ensure continuous availability of Utility services to Production Plants.
• Should be well versed with utilities like HVAC, Air compressor, Purified water system, Pretreatment plant, Nitrogen generator.
• Should be experience in handling BMS and EMS system. Monitor the Building Management System and Acknowledge the alarm. Generate the report in case of absence/ based on request from production
• Conducting the Routine Validation Test for utilities like HVAC system, Compressed air system, Nitrogen system and Purified Water System
• Monthly reporting of Utility generation and services analysis
• Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance and perform analysis of the preventive and breakdown maintenance jobs and revise the schedules accordingly.
• Adherence to the safety policies during operation and maintenance of the Utility services
• Implementation and monitoring the departmental quality System SOP related to Utility section
• Maintaining the minimum spares inventory of spares to meet the day-to-day maintenance in utility section
• Co-ordination for onsite calibration with external approved agency and should lead the calibration activity on site
• Co- ordination with the External vendors and contract labors during all the major breakdown and shutdown work
