Job Title Executive - Certification Audit & Compliance

Onsite working: Hyderabad

Responsibilities:

• Auditing the remote proctoring and Examity sessions and the exam proctors every day.
• Submitting and creating reports as requested by the Team Lead of Exam Forensics.
• Maintaining a progress tracker and history of audits.
• Ensuring adequate investigation activities are performed, and appropriate actions are identified.
• Communicates audit progress and findings by preparing reports and providing information in meetings.
• Conduct certification audit and compliance activities in alignment with EC-Council policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze large datasets using advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, macros, dashboards) to identify trends, risks, and anomalies.
• Prepare, maintain, and present MIS reports, audit reports, and interactive dashboards for management review on monthly/quarterly/yearly basis.
• Monitor certification-related activities and flag non-compliance, discrepancies, or policy breaches in a timely manner.
• Work with Splunk to understand log data, alerts, and system outputs relevant to audit and compliance activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Certification Operations, Technology, Legal, Finance, and Customer Support to resolve audit findings.
• Ensure accurate documentation and maintenance of audit trails, evidence, and compliance records.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required data, reports, and analysis.
• Assist in developing and improving audit frameworks, controls, and compliance processes.
• Handle multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting strict timelines and quality standards.

Requirements:

• 23 years of experience in audit, compliance, reporting, data analysis, or a related role.
• Advance competency in organizational skills and eye for details
• Basic understanding of a certification body and academic set up
• Has good comprehension and analytical thinking.
• Fluently in written and spoken English.
• Good Knowledge of Splunk

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel and data analysis techniques.
• Experience in reporting, dashboard creation, and data visualization.
• Working knowledge of Splunk technology, including understanding how logs, dashboards, and alerts function.
• Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective cross-functional coordination.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively across teams.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Other necessary skills: Basic knowledge in IT Security certification and /or ANAB / ISO 17024 standard, Administration or any audit background may be beneficial.
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Proactive problem-solver with a compliance-focused mindset.
• Adaptable, flexible, and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Bachelor/Masters Degree in Education, Business Administration/ Law preferred.
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in audit, compliance, data analytics, or cybersecurity will be an added advantage.
• Prior exposure to certification bodies, IT audits, or cybersecurity environments is preferred.
