About the Role

We are looking for a sharp, high-ownership execution partner to work directly with the Director and drive key strategic, operational, and creative initiatives across Empor and The Guild ecosystem.

This is a hybrid role at the intersection of execution, coordination, strategy, and creative production ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys solving problems, and can turn ideas into structured outcomes.

You will work closely across teams Events, Sales, Editorial, Creative, Marketing, Telemarketing, CRM, Production, HR, Admin, Ops & IT ensuring speed, alignment, process efficiency, and quality of delivery.

This is not a gatekeeping role. This is not an admin role.

This is a do-ers role someone who thinks, builds, and makes things move.

What You Will Do

Execution & Project Management

  • Drive execution of high-priority initiatives across Empor & The Guild
  • Convert discussions into structured action plans with clear owners & timelines
  • Track deliverables and ensure strong follow-through across teams and vendors
  • Run stand-ups, review cadences, MoMs, and weekly reporting rhythms
  • Maintain dashboards and timelines across IP events, bespoke engagements, editorial campaigns, brand marketing, Guild TV, and more

Strategy & Process Enablement

  • Work closely with the Director on strategy formulation and problem-solving across business units
  • Support in breaking down strategic ideas into actionable execution plans
  • Identify inefficiencies and drive process improvements across teams and workflows
  • Assist in building systems for better tracking, reporting, and decision-making
  • Bring structured thinking and clarity to ambiguous situations

Creative & Content Support

  • Build first-cut drafts of decks, presentations, proposals, and campaign content
  • Support research, benchmarking, and data-backed storytelling
  • Assist with marketing content emails, landing pages, outreach messaging, brand narratives
  • Work with creative/editorial teams to ensure strong briefs and output readiness

Director Enablement

  • Reduce operational and coordination dependency on the Director
  • Prioritize effectively, filter noise, and surface what truly matters
  • Ensure work doesnt stall due to missing inputs or approvals
  • Prepare concise summaries to enable faster decision-making

Who You Are

  • 35 years experience in conference production, client servicing, consulting, marketing, project management, operations, or business roles
  • Strong problem-solving and structured thinking ability
  • Exceptionally strong communication skills (written + verbal)
  • Highly proficient in PowerPoint, documentation, research, and structuring
  • A proactive executor who drives outcomes not just tasks
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
  • High ownership mindset with strong accountability
  • Calm under pressure, low ego, high maturity
  • Someone who enjoys solving problems, improving systems, and organizing chaos
