Job Description

Qualification: MBA (HR) , Certification in database language would be additional qualification

Roles & Responsibility: 

  • Assist in the execution and monitoring of the Performance Management System (PMS) -  Goal setting, mid-year review and annual reviews.
  • Supporting in Talent Management activities such as employee retention, career growth and career pathing.
  • Support Succession Planning initiatives by maintaining talent data and helping identify high-potential employees
  • Support in administration of Compensation & Benefits programs, including salary benchmarking, compensation review and benefits communication.
  • Responsible for HRMS system - SAP and EMPulse for employee onboarding, lifecycle management and offboarding
  • Responsible for Compliance Management through BDO tool
  • SPOC for Policies & process change management and Internal Audits
  • Responsible for Travel Management and stream lining the process gaps
  • Coordination for VISA appointments
  • Coordination of local and international travel for all employees
  • People demographics and dashboard preparation
