Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Production & Delegate Tele-Calling Executive to

join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have basic cold calling experience. This role involves managing speaker and award show outreach, delegate engagement, event coordination, and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Pre-Event Responsibilities

• Conduct targeted research to identify and connect with key decision-makers and

potential award nominees.

• Pitch the award show to potential companies and secure their participation.
• Reach out to decision-makers and ensure their attendance at the event.
• Review and verify submitted award forms for completeness and accuracy.
• Follow up with attendees and ensure timely submission and confirmation of award forms.
• Communicate clear event details to confirmed participants and address any queries or

concerns.

Event Day Responsibilities

• Represent Quantic India at all hosted events across various cities.
• Ensure all delegates are attended to, properly guided, and have a seamless experience during the event.
• Coordinate with the sponsorship team to manage sponsordelegate meetings and networking sessions.
• Manage award handovers with precision, ensuring correct allocation and timing.
• Troubleshoot on-site issues and support overall event operations.

Post-Event Responsibilities

• Maintain client and delegate relationships through timely follow-ups.
• Share insights, feedback, and ideas to improve future event performance.
• Ensure all interactions uphold the professional standards and values of Quantic India.
