Sportball is an international multi-sport program for children aged16 months to 12 years, operating across Canada, the USA, and Singapore. We are launching a premium indoor sports facility in Gurgaon and are looking for anEvents & Community Managerto drivefacility revenue, events, and partnerships.

• Managepickleball court bookings and memberships
• Organizepickleball leagues, corporate tournaments, and community events
• Managebirthday party bookings and event execution
• Planmorning and evening sports eventsto increase facility utilization
• Buildbrand sponsorships and local partnerships
• Work with localschools, companies, and communitiesto drive events
• Grow thepickleball and sports communityaround the facility

• Strongcommunication and relationship-building skills
• Experience inevents, sports operations, community management, or business development
• Ability toorganize events and manage logistics
• Entrepreneurial mindset with focus onrevenue generation

• Background insports events, hospitality, fitness clubs, or community sports
• Experience managingtournaments, leagues, or sports facilities
