Role Overview:

Responsible for driving banquet and event sales, acquiring new business, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets for weddings, socials, and corporate events.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate banquet/event revenue and meet monthly/annual targets.
• Handle inquiries, conduct sales calls, site visits, and close bookings.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporates, wedding planners, and agencies.
• Coordinate with banquet/operations teams to ensure smooth event execution.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, and maintain CRM records.
• Track payments, adhere to credit policies, and support brand standards.

Requirements

• 36 years experience in banquet/event/MICE sales in a hotel.
• Strong communication, negotiation & networking skills.
• Good market knowledge of Zirakpur/Chandigarh region (preferred).
• Ability to manage multiple leads and deliver high guest satisfaction.
