Handle complete production planning from concept to execution.
Oversee fabrication, branding, stage setup, sound, light, LED, and technical requirements.
Conduct site recce and feasibility analysis.
Source, negotiate, and manage vendors (fabricators, AV teams, artists, logistics, etc.)
Ensure quality control and timely delivery.
Supervise production crew and on-ground staff.
Coordinate closely with creative and client servicing teams.
Negotiate vendor pricing to maintain profitability.
Manage transportation, permissions, manpower, and material movement.
Handle on-site execution and troubleshoot real-time issues.
Maintain event quality standards.
