Event Operations Manager

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to support smooth execution of events, brand activations, and marketing campaigns. Youll coordinate logistics, vendors, and internal teams to ensure every campaign is delivered on time, within budget, and beyond client expectations.

What Youll Do

• Plan, coordinate, and manage on-ground event and campaign logistics.
• Liaise with vendors for fabrication, printing, branding, AV, and production setups.
• Support client servicing teams with execution timelines and material delivery.
• Handle permissions, transport, manpower, and resource allocation for events.
• Monitor budgets, billing, and ensure cost-effective operations.
• Prepare post-event reports and maintain project documentation.
• Ensure smooth coordination between creative, production, and client teams.
• Be present on-site during setups and executions to ensure flawless delivery.

What Youll Bring

Bachelors degree in Event Management, Marketing, or related field.

13 years of experience in event operations / Corporate events

Strong communication and vendor management skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.

Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, and project coordination tools.

CTC: up to 45K
