About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Telesales Executive to generate leads, onboard brands, and close sponsorship/activation deals for events, concerts, exhibitions, mall activations, corporate events, and experiential marketing projects.
This role requires excellent communication skills, persuasive ability, and strong understanding of brand marketing and event sponsorship models.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Generation
Make outbound calls to brands, marketing heads, founders, and decision-makers.
Generate leads for event sponsorships, brand activations, and partnerships.
Identify potential clients from corporate databases, LinkedIn, exhibitions, etc.
Fix appointments for senior sales/BDM team.
Client Acquisition & Revenue Generation
Pitch event concepts, brand integration opportunities, and sponsorship packages.
Share proposals, follow up consistently, and close deals.
Maintain strong pipeline and achieve monthly sales targets.
Upsell and cross-sell event marketing services.
Brand Marketing Coordination
Understand brand objectives and align them with event concepts.
Coordinate internally with marketing & event operations teams.
Assist in customizing sponsorship decks as per client needs.
CRM & Reporting
Maintain accurate data in CRM.
Share daily call reports and weekly performance updates.
Track conversion rates and revenue achieved.
Skills Required*
Excellent verbal communication (English & Hindi mandatory)
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Basic understanding of:
Event sponsorship models
Brand marketing
Corporate partnerships
Confident personality with go-getter attitude
Target-oriented mindset
Good knowledge of MS Excel & PowerPoint
