Own the experience engine behind SaaSNovas global GTM presence. As we scale across AWS ecosystems and SaaS founder communities, were looking for an Event Marketing Manager who can design highimpact events, orchestrate flawless execution, and turn every touchpoint into measurable GTM momentum.

Location: Chennai, Bangalore, Bombay or Hyderabad, INDIA

Work Mode: Hybrid

Experience: 47 years in B2B SaaS event marketing or field marketing

As Event Marketing Manager, you will own the full event lifecycle from strategy and planning to execution and postevent GTM impact across AWS ecosystem engagements, founder events, NovaX program activations, and global SaaS community touchpoints.

This is a highvisibility role working directly with the Founder.

What You Will Own1 Event Strategy & GTM Alignment

• Build the annual event strategy aligned to SaaSNovas GTM priorities.
• Identify highROI AWS, SaaS, and founderfocused events across regions.
• Map event goals to pipeline, partner engagement, and brand visibility.

2 Event Planning & EndtoEnd Execution

• Own logistics, vendor coordination, venue selection, and runofshow.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and crossfunctional workflows.
• Deliver premium, founderauthentic event experiences.

3 AWS Ecosystem Events & CoSell Engagements

• Plan and execute AWSaligned events, workshops, and partner activations.
• Coordinate with AWS teams for sponsorships, speaking slots, and joint sessions.
• Support Marketplace, Partner Central, and ACE motions with event presence.
• Ensure all events reflect AWS GTM expectations and cosell readiness.

4 NovaX & ProgramDriven Events

• Lead event experiences for NovaX cohorts, founder roundtables, and GTM intensives.
• Build repeatable event frameworks that scale across cities and regions.
• Reinforce SaaSNovas GTM acceleration value through every program event.

5 Field Marketing & Partner Events

• Support ISV partner events, launches, and GTM roadshows.
• Build cobranded event assets and messaging with GTM teams.
• Strengthen partner relationships through hightouch, highimpact experiences.

6 Event Promotion & Audience Growth

• Drive preevent and postevent marketing across email, social, and partner channels.
• Build targeted attendee lists and nurture sequences.
• Collaborate with Digital Marketing to amplify reach and engagement.

7 Measurement, Reporting & Optimization

• Track event performance, pipeline influence, and attendee engagement.
• Build dashboards and postevent reports for GTM leadership.
• Continuously refine event strategy based on data and feedback.

Who You Are

• 37 years in B2B SaaS event marketing, field marketing, or ecosystem events.
• Handson experience with AWS events, AWS field marketing, or AWS partner ecosystem engagements (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of SaaS GTM, cloud communities, or hyperscaler programs.
• Exceptional project management and vendor coordination skills.
• Thrives in a fastpaced, founderled environment with high expectations.
• Obsessed with creating memorable, highquality event experiences.
