About the Role

Are you passionate about bringing live experiences to life? Were looking for an experienced Event Manager Live Events who can independently plan, execute, and manage end-to-end live events (01) with creativity, precision, and flair.

If you thrive in fast-paced environments and love managing everything from on-ground activations to studio-based live productions, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and execute end-to-end live events from launches and workshops to large-scale activations.

Conceptualize and deliver innovative event formats aligned with brand and business goals.

Take ownership of the complete event lifecycle ideation planning execution closure.

Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, Content, Tech, Operations, and Production teams.

Manage technical setups including:

Multi-camera setups, camera placement & framing

Lighting, audio, and stage aesthetics

Execute and monitor live streaming using tools like OBS / vMix / Wirecast.

Handle real-time troubleshooting and ensure smooth event flow.

Manage vendors (venue, production, logistics, AV, internet, travel, food, manpower).

Prepare detailed event timelines, budgets, and post-event reports.

Required Skills & Expertise

45 years of experience in live/on-ground or studio-based events.

Hands-on experience with:

Multi-camera setups (PTZ / handheld / fixed)

Live streaming platforms (YouTube Live, Facebook Live, internal apps)

Broadcasting tools (OBS, vMix, Wirecast)

Strong understanding of broadcast flow, cue management, and live transitions.

Excellent coordination, planning, and communication skills.

Ability to visualize events from both camera and audience perspectives.

Other Details
