Event Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop annual event strategy and calendar with Sales, Med Ed, and Product Marketing
• Manage and mentor Event Coordinators team
• Partner with Med Ed for compliant educational programs and workshops
• Collaborate with Product Marketing on booth presence, demos, and lead generation
• Execute end-to-end event logistics: venues, speakers, catering, AV, contracts, and travel
• Manage booth strategy, sponsorships, and logistics for third-party conferences
• Track budgets, forecast costs, and analyze event ROI
• Conduct post-event analysis and performance reporting

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business
• 5+ years event management experience; 2+ years leading teams
• Experience with large conferences and corporate events
• Strong budget management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Pharma/biotech/life sciences background (preferred)
• Familiarity with HCP compliance guidelines (preferred)
• CMP certification (a plus)
