About the Role

The position involves leading the execution of BTL activations, events, exhibitions, and on-ground campaigns, ensuring flawless delivery and strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead complete execution of BTL activations, events, exhibitions, retail experiences & on-ground campaigns.
• Own project planning, budgeting, timelines, logistics & flawless delivery.
• Manage and negotiate with vendors, fabrication teams, production partners & agencies.
• Collaborate closely with creative, strategy, account management & client servicing teams.
• Ensure budget control, cost efficiency & profitability (P&L ownership).
• Build & maintain strong client relationships ensuring repeat business.
• Lead, guide & mentor operations and ground teams.
• Guarantee brand guideline adherence, safety standards & execution quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in BTL / experiential marketing / activation operations.

Required Skills

• Strong background in pan-India event planning & execution.
• Excellent team leadership, negotiation, and vendor management skills.
• Strong communication & problem-solving ability.
• Experience working in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Collaborative & growth-focused environment.
