Event Client Servicing Manager- Malad/ Andheri

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Client Servicing Manager to handle end-to-end client relationships for corporate and brand events. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, event execution experience, and the ability to manage multiple projects smoothly.

• Act as the main point of contact for clients
• Understand client briefs and convert them into actionable event plans
• Coordinate with internal teams (Creative, Production, Operations, Vendors)
• Ensure timely execution of events as per client expectations
• Manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables
• Present proposals, pitch decks, and event concepts to clients
• Handle client queries, feedback, and escalations
• Ensure client satisfaction and long-term relationship building
• Identify opportunities for upselling and repeat business

• Strong client management and communication skills
• Experience in corporate events, brand activations, exhibitions, or large-scale events
• Budget handling and vendor negotiation skills
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
• Good presentation and pitching skills
