Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing Office administration.
  • Managing Events and Fairs.
  • Coordinate and manage daily operational processes and assigned project activities, ensuring seamless execution across the workflow.
  • Ensure project timelines are strictly adhered to, proactively tracking all milestones and deliverables and reporting potential risks or delays to management.
  • Work directly with cross-functional teams (e.g., HR, Finance, Recruitment) to identify bottlenecks and streamline operational workflows for improved efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date reports, trackers, and essential documentation for all ongoing operational activities and projects.
  • Provide comprehensive logistical support for internal and external events, visits, or projects, including coordination with external partners and vendors.
  • Handle general administrative tasks necessary to support the efficient functioning of the office and operational units.

Key Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in business administration, operations or a related field
  • A year of relevant experience in roles with managing events and Administration etc.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with MS Office.
  • A multitasker with excellent coordination skills.
  • Curious about global business operations and process management.
