Were looking for a dedicated, full-time Event & Sponsorship Manager who will play a key role in planning, executing, and monetising our global festivals, including major events in New Zealand, UK, Russia, Malaysia, China, and India.
Role Overview
As Event & Sponsorship Manager, you will:
Lead sponsorship acquisition from Indian and international brands, CSR partners, and institutions
Coordinate end-to-end event planning venues, logistics, travel, hospitality, guest flow
Manage delegation communications, proposals, and partnership documents
Support MoU creation, government liaising, and embassy coordination
Ensure smooth execution of signature programs like:
World & Us: New Zealand Festival India Chapter (Jan 2026)
World & Us: UK Chapter India in Yorkshire (March 2026)
Aesthetics & Tribal Art Summits, and more Ideal Candidate
10 plus years experience in event management / sponsorship / cultural programming / CSR outreach
Excellent communication, documentation & multitasking skills
Well-networked across sectors like hospitality, education, wellness, arts, media, and tourism
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-border environment with global stakeholders
Passionate about Indias global presence, diplomacy, and creative industries
