Roles and Responsibilities

With this role, you will be handling payroll for different regions directly from scratch level. Continuous interaction with payroll service providers and HR to align the payroll activities with continuous improvement to streamline the payroll process.

any country like Norway. Sweden, Czech, UK, Luxembourg.

• Good payroll and accounting skills along with good communication skills.
• To handle payroll transactions on daily basis which include identification new hires, Leavers, variable inputs, leaves, deductions, salary advances, benefits and consolidation of all these inputs into Payroll vendors specific format/ validation, timely processing payroll statutory payments, addressing employees queries from SSDs.
• To handle internal, external payroll audits & local payroll audits.
• Someone who is driven in a fast-paced dynamic environment with a focus on continuous improvement of payroll process

Skillset Required

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptionally strong work ethic displaying a mature and professional attitude with an ability to adjust quickly to change
• Motivated, self-starter and achievement oriented and excellent team building skills.
• Able to work well under stress in a fast paced environment
• Strong Microsoft skills, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project and Visio.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Strong quantitative skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and cross functional stakeholders
• Verbal & written communication and presentation skills
• Problem solving skills
• Organized and methodical
• Experience with developing and drafting process and system workflows
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Advance Formulas & Functions

Qualification

• Greater than or equal to 60% throughout academics (10th, 12th and Graduation)
