Business Analyst Reporting and AutomationLocation: Hyderabad, BangaloreDomain experience: Retail/CPG, Procurement, Supply Chain experience is preferable.Job Description: The Business Analyst will focus on designing and managing product features and end-to-end user experiences, leveraging automation technologies and reporting tools to enhance business processes. This role involves driving digital transformation through effective project management, stakeholder engagement, and detailed documentation of technical and design specifications.A.Key Accountabilities and requirements:A bachelors degree or masters degree in a related field5+ years of experience as a Business AnalystExperience leveraging with dashboards on platforms like PowerBI, Tableau, MicroStrategy, Graphana etc.Prior experience in the consolidating and rationalizing manual reports into dashboards preferredGood Understanding of Measures, Dimensions and Facts, familiarity with medallion architecture preferredExperience with dashboard design through collaborating with business stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and translate them into clear and concise requirement.Experience with design hand-off to Developers and Engineers through detailed documentation and specificationsExposure to design principles, user-centred design, design thinking, lean / agile best practices and toolsPrior experience and involvement in digital transformation preferred.Highly collaborative with proven ability to work in and manage expectations within cross-functional, global teamsTechno functional knowledge regarding Data Pipeline, Source and Data ingestion methodologies with Azure components preferredPossess deep user empathy, obsessive about user experience, and passionate about resolving user pain points through designAbility to interact and influence stakeholdersAnalytical and creative problem-solver with ability to simplify complex problemsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal
