We're Hiring: Business Analyst (Capital Markets/Investment Banking) - EMEA Shift

Location: Mumbai, Pune, or Chennai, India

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Business Analyst to join our team, focusing on the Capital Markets and Investment Banking domain. If you have a solid understanding of the trade lifecycle and strong SQL skills, we encourage you to apply!

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and document business requirements from users in the Capital Markets/Investment Banking space.
• Develop comprehensive functional specification documents (FSDs) and manage stakeholder sign-offs.
• Work with development teams, providing architectural direction and conducting requirement walkthrough sessions.
• Ensure smooth processing and confirmation of trades (Equity, Debt, and Derivatives) using electronic confirmation tools.
• Design, develop, and test Custom Transactions reports.
• Perform testing activities as required to validate solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Capital Markets or Investment Banking .
• In-depth knowledge of the end-to-end trade life cycle is essential.
• Must have: Good exposure to Oracle SQL (DML commands) , including creating SQL statements for data transformation verification.
• Basic understanding of messaging protocols like SWIFT, XML, and FI XML .
• Proficiency in Agile Methodology .
