Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Sr. Test Analyst with 4 to 9 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Cloud Validation ETL Validation Data Testing and Automated Testing. Experience in Life and Annuities Insurance is a plus. This hybrid role requires a proactive approach to ensure the quality and reliability of our software solutions contributing to the companys success and societal impact.
 
Responsibilities
- Lead the testing efforts for cloud-based applications ensuring robust validation processes are in place.
 - Oversee ETL validation to guarantee data integrity and accuracy across systems.
 - Provide expertise in data testing ensuring data quality and consistency.
 - Implement automated testing strategies to enhance efficiency and coverage.
 - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve testing issues promptly.
 - Develop comprehensive test plans and cases to cover all aspects of the software.
 - Execute test cases and document results ensuring transparency and traceability.
 - Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve software quality.
 - Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in testing.
 - Mentor junior testers sharing knowledge and fostering a culture of quality.
 - Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes to align with evolving business needs.
 - Communicate effectively with stakeholders to report on testing progress and outcomes.
 - Contribute to the overall success of the company by ensuring high-quality software delivery.
 
 
Qualifications
- Possess strong expertise in Cloud Validation and ETL Validation.
 - Demonstrate proficiency in Data Testing and Automated Testing techniques.
 - Experience in Life and Annuities Insurance domain is highly desirable.
 - Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
 - Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
