TCS is hiring for ETL Tester

Location : Chennai, Bangalore, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Indore

Experience : 5-10 Years

Role: ETL Tester

Must Have**

• Experience with advanced SQL queries and scripting language (ex

• 1+ years of proven test experience in the range of Big Data architectures and frameworks including Hadoop ecosystem, Java, MapReduce, Pig, Hive, Hue, Oozie, Hbase, Ranger, Attunity

• 1 year of any application development experience (Preferably Java, ETL,Mainframe, LINUX/UNIX etc)

• Must be a self-starter with the ability to work on complex projects and analyses business requirements independently

• Must be able to identify and document testing issues and quality risks, participate in defect remediation

• Willingness to follow Agile Testing practices and guidelines, including Defect Management using HP ALM tool

• Actively participate in all test management activities like assessment, test strategies and test plans

• Experience testing ETL products especially Informatica 9.x or Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) and PL/SQL

• Experience with Data replication tools such as Oracle Golden Gate (OGG) or Informatica Data Replication (IDR)

• Publish meaningful metrics for effectiveness & coverage
