• You will report to Program Manager of the function and will work from our Electronics City, Bengaluru Office in Hybrid work model.

Your Responsibilities:

• Design test strategies and test cases for ETL applications.
• Develop test plans covering functional, integration, and performance testing.
• Write and execute complex SQL queries to validate data integrity.
• Validate data models, ETL architecture, and Data Warehouse concepts.
• Optimize and tune queries for AWS Redshift & RDS databases.
• Develop test scripts using Python or Java for automation.
• Test ETL solutions in an AWS environment, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure quality.
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across systems.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

• 2 to 4 years of experience in ETL Tester or a similar role.
• Understanding of Datawarehouse, Data Migration and ETL concepts.
• Must have experience working with Test Management Tools like HP ALM or JIRA.
• Must have in-depth experience of SQL, DWBI, validating Delta tables and full load tables.
• Can create strategies and test cases for applications.
• Must have experience in writing test scripts using Python/JAVA.
• Have experience or understanding of Big Data engineering tools like Spark, Hive or Hadoop.
• Experience in building ETL solutions in an AWS environment.
• Hands-on experience in relational databases and database architecture.
• Good understanding of QA methodologies, software testing life cycle and processes data model, ETL architecture, Data warehouse concepts.

·       Expertise in AWS, Redshift & RDS database, optimising, tuning queries, tables, and applying business rules/logic.

·       Experience on Agile-based model and deliverable been managed single-handedly.

·       Experience in failure debugging and writing clean & efficient scripts.
