ETL Automation Tester

Creospan is hiring for Automation Tester ETL & Data Warehouse for one of our leading Investment Banking client.

Location: Kharadi Pune (Hybrid)

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Automation Tester with strong hands-on expertise in ETL Testing, Data Warehousing environments, and automation scripting. The role involves validating end-to-end data flows, building automation frameworks, and ensuring data quality, accuracy, and integrity across large-scale distributed systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute test plans, scenarios, and cases for ETL workflows and data pipelines.
• Build automation frameworks and scripts for ETL testing (Python preferred).
• Perform data validation across multiple layers source, staging, warehouse ensuring accuracy and integrity.
• Write and execute complex SQL queries for reconciliation, transformations, and business rule validations.
• Validate advanced transformations, aggregations, and data mappings.
• Work closely with Data Engineers, Developers, and Business Analysts to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Document test results, maintain traceability, and track defects to closure.
• Ensure smooth execution of automated suites in CI/CD environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in ETL Testing and Data Warehouse (DWH) environments.
• Strong hands-on experience in Test Automation projects.
• Proficiency in Python for scripting and framework development.
• Strong SQL skills with experience writing complex queries.
• Working knowledge of ETL tools (Databricks preferred).
• Exposure to cloud environments (AWS / Azure / GCP).
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Experience with Banking domain is an added advantage.
