As an Ethics Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring that our company operates with the highest ethical standards and complies with all relevant laws and regulations. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement ethical policies and procedures for the company

- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential ethical issues

- Investigate and resolve any reported ethical violations or concerns

- Provide guidance and training to employees on ethical standards and compliance

- Collaborate with various departments to ensure ethical practices are integrated into all business operations

- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations related to business ethics and ensure compliance

- Monitor and report on the company's ethical performance to senior management

- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as regulatory bodies and industry associations, to stay informed on best practices and industry standards

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a retail or consumer goods company

- Strong knowledge of business ethics and compliance regulations

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

- Proven track record of implementing and enforcing ethical policies and procedures

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software

Additional Parameters:

- Experience in risk management and internal auditing is a plus

- Knowledge of local and international laws and regulations related to business ethics is preferred

- Professional certification in ethics or compliance is an advantage

- Willingness to travel as needed
