DESIGNATION: Ethics Committee Coordinator

PLACE OF WORK : Society for Applied Studies, 45,Kalu Sarai, New Delhi (near Hauz Khas Metro Station)

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant fields such as Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.

Experience: Previous experience in research, clinical research, or ethics committee setting is desirable. Familiarity with ICMR guidelines, GCP, or research ethics processes would be desirable.

Language : Proficient in written and spoken English

Tools: Experience with office suites like Google Workspace and Microsoft Office is necessary. The candidates should have experience working in collaborative software like Zoom and Team

SALARY: Commensurate with experience

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Looking for an independent and responsible candidate to coordinate all activities for our Ethics Review Committee.

This role ensures that all research involving human subjects complies with national and international ethical guidelines and regulations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES:

Activities include but not limited to

Meeting Coordination : Arrange and schedule ERC meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.

Documentation and Records : Maintain all committee records, correspondence, and documentation in an organized and compliant manner.

Protocol Review: Process and review research protocols submitted for ethical approval, ensuring all required documents are submitted and complete.

Compliance : Stay updated on and ensure adherence to relevant guidelines, such as those from the ICMR and ICH-GCP.

Liaison : Serve as a point of contact for researchers, ERC and other stakeholders.
