Estimation Engineer

Position: Estimation Engineer Fenestration Project (UK Clients)

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech Mechanical or Civil Engineering

About the Role

We are looking for a Estimation Engineer to lead door and window estimation for our UK-based fenestration projects . This role involves preparing accurate cost estimates, quotations, and technical drawings , handling complex project requirements , and providing technical guidance to junior estimators . The role also includes direct coordination with UK clients on technical and commercial aspects.

Key Responsibilities Door & Window Estimation

• Review client drawings, specifications, and size details to prepare accurate high-value quotations and detailed cost estimates for windows and doors.
• Prepare and verify complex door & window estimates including profiles, glass, hardware, accessories, and configurations.
• Create, review, and finalize technical drawings using fenestration software such as Logikal, EVA, Windowmaker, Window Designer, SoftTech V6 , and AutoCAD .
• Ensure all quotations and drawings comply with UK standards, project requirements, and client specifications .
• Provide technical expertise and mentoring to Trainee / Junior Estimation Engineers.
• Attend and lead online meetings with UK clients for technical discussions, design finalization, and approvals.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of estimates and drawings .
• Maintain proper documentation of drawings, estimates, quotations, revisions, and approvals .
• Ensure on-time and error-free submission of all quotations as per client deadlines.

Skills Required Estimator

• Strong expertise in door and window estimation , including complex systems.
• Excellent ability to read and interpret architectural and shop drawings related to doors and windows .
• Advanced numerical and cost calculation skills .
• Hands-on experience in fenestration software such as Logikal, EVA, Windowmaker, Window Designer, SoftTech V6 , and AutoCAD .
• Strong technical knowledge of profiles, glass, hardware, and accessories .
• Excellent spoken and written English for UK client interaction.
• High attention to detail and quality control .
• Ability to guide junior team members and manage multiple project
