• Strong expertise in faade systems: Unitized Systems, Curtain Wall, Semi-Unitized System, Cladding, Steel Fabrication, Skylight, Doors, Windows, and Handrails.
• Thorough understanding of project specifications and prequalification documents.
• Comprehensive understanding of labor, material, equipment, and overhead costs.
• In-depth knowledge of the project lifecycle, cost breakdowns, and budgeting.
• Awareness of building codes, faade performance standards, and international pricing norms.
• Strong understanding of fabrication processes and site installation procedures including equipment, timelines, and their impact on costs.
• Advanced skills in material selection with a deep understanding of lifecycle processes from estimation to handover.
