A Leading Bank Trusteeship Division is looking for a CA/MBA/LLB professional to join their Estate Planning team in Mumbai .

Role: Estate Planning Business Development (DVP & AVP)

Location: Mumbai

Work Mode: Work from Office

Experience: 5+ years

Qualification: CA Qualified/ MBA/ LLB

Key Responsibilities:

• Currently, the company's employees are in charge of business development, trust structure creation, legal matters, compliance, and estate planning business operations.
• Currently, the team is made up of either chartered accountants or lawyers.
• We are seeking a salesperson that can present the Estate Planning solution to potential customers.
• The capacity to present the Estate Planning product to clients after grasping the principles of trust structuring.
• The candidate should understand the fundamentals of estate planning, such as succession laws, trust laws, tax laws, and general corporation law.
• Ideally, they should have dealt with transactions involving the administration and structure of trusts. Ensuring prompt client communication for tasks pertaining to the trust.
• A chartered accountant, lawyer, or MBA who has worked with clients or in the estate planning industry and is knowledgeable about succession and trust legislation is ideal.
• Knowing real estate laws and comprehending US and multijurisdictional tax and structuring difficulties will be advantageous.
