360 ONE Investment Adviser and Trustee Services Limited (360 ONE IATSL) is involved in Estate Planning for HNIs and UHNIs which could entail creation of Trust Structures/Will for Clients, Settlement Deeds etc. 360 ONE Investment Adviser and Trustee Services Limited is also very active in Trusteeship services and the services include Trust investments, distributions, accounts, audit and taxation. 360 ONE IATSL is amongst the largest Estate Planning Companies in the Country.

The business presently consists of people who are responsible for Client Relations, Structuring Specialists, Legal and Compliance, Accounting and Operations Managers. This role is detailed below:

Key Responsibilities:-Client Relations

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estate Planner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of estate planning, tax laws, and trust management. As an Estate Planner, you will provide expert guidance to clients on estate planning strategies that protect and transfer wealth according to their wishes.

Client Consultation and Estate Planning:

• Meet with clients to advise them on the most suitable estate plan.
• Create awareness in clients on the subject and the estate planning proposition at 360 One.
• Coordinate the commercial proposal in consultation with the Wealth team to provide clients with services at competitive rates.
• Prepare proposals and notes to serve as material for clients to formulate their thoughts.
• Prepare asset transfer plans.
• Work alongside counsels and advisors.
• Coordinate documentation work, including drafting wills, trust deeds, and other ancillary agreements/letters.
• Coordinate with Legal & Compliance, Service, Operations, and Accounts teams.

Client Relationship Management:

• Create and maintain relationships with clients who have been onboarded for annual services like Professional Trusteeship services/Administrator services.
• Collaborate with the operations team for trust account opening and asset transfers to and out of trusts managed by professional trustees.
• Review estate plans with clients and coordinate and prepare revisions documentation.
• Manage feedback or queries from the Trustees legal, compliance, operations, and accounts teams to facilitate feedback from the client or clients advisors.

Research and Documentation:

• Research and prepare notes and proposals to assist in structuring estate plans for clients.
• Engage with external legal and tax counsels in India and abroad.
• Be proficient in making detailed notes and creating professional presentations for clients and internal meetings.

Extensive traveling may be required as may be required from time to time

Qualification & Experience

• CA
• LLB / LLM (preferably with specialization in Taxation, Corporate Law, or Trust Law)
• 10 to 15 years of experience
• Strong knowledge of tax laws, probate and succession laws, and trust management.
• Proficiency in making detailed notes and creating professional presentations.
• Experience through previous roles or internships in investment/financial services would have an added advantage
• Keep abreast of Global practices/Laws and hence be ahead of the market
