ESG Competency Head

As ESG Competency Head, you will have an opportunity to conduct customer engagements and shape & deliver the Sustainability Innovation program while working with Business Development Managers and other relevant stakeholders, globally. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, develop, and lead engagements with Enterprise customers working with line of business and C-suite executives, enabling opportunities, facilitating sustainability engagements, and driving resultant prototypes & scaled solutions.

You will work with managers, employees, customers, and other stakeholders to address the customers approach towards environmental responsibility with the goal to minimize adverse environmental, social or governance impacts and develop sustainability solutions.

Skills & Qualities

• 15+ experience with domain & Functional expertise in corporate sustainability as well as Sustainability solutions.
• Experience in ESG business development, consulting, product management & sustainability innovation. (IT solution development is a plus)
• Thorough working knowledge of sustainability practices, and applicable laws and regulations.
• Ability to analyze and understand research to identify relevant and valuable information.
