This is a full-time hybrid role for an ERPNext Specialist, based in Bengaluru with the flexibility for partial remote work. The ERPNext Specialist will oversee the development, customization, and implementation of ERPNext solutions to meet organizational objectives. Key responsibilities include integrating ERPNext with existing systems, maintaining configurations, troubleshooting, and providing end-user support. The specialist will also analyze processes to improve efficiency using ERPNext tools and functionalities.

• Experience with ERPNext, customization, and integration with business processes
• Proficiency in Python and working knowledge of JavaScript and other programming languages
• Knowledge of server management, database systems, and cloud deployments
• Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into functional solutions using ERPNext functionalities
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with open-source tools and technologies is a plus
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
