Job Description: ERPNext & Kubernetes Administrator
Location: Bhopal
Experience: 3+ years
Responsibilities
- ERPNext & Frappe Framework
- Install, configure, and maintain ERPNext applications
- Manage multi-site deployments
- Perform upgrades, patches, and migrations
- Optimize performance and troubleshoot application issues
- Manage background workers, Redis, and MariaDB tuning
- Kubernetes Administration
- Deploy and manage applications on Kubernetes clusters
- Configure deployments, StatefulSets, services, ingress controllers, and persistent volumes
- Implement autoscaling (HPA) and monitor cluster health
- Manage secrets and config maps securely
- Perform log analysis and troubleshoot cluster issues
- Linux System Administration
- Administer Linux servers and system services
- Configure Nginx, Supervisor, and perform security hardening
- Monitor system performance (CPU, memory, disk I/O)
- Troubleshoot system-level issues
- MariaDB Database
- Manage and optimize MariaDB databases
- Configure replication and ensure database reliability
- Understand and optimize queries
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with ERPNext & Frappe Framework
- Kubernetes cluster management and application deployment expertise
- Solid Linux system administration skills (Nginx, Supervisor, security hardening)
- Proficiency in MariaDB database administration and replication
- Good troubleshooting and performance optimization skills
