We help organizations streamline operations through ERPNext, custom development on the Frappe Framework, and continuous support services.

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Functional Consultant with at least 2 years of ERP implementation experience, preferably with ERPNext. The consultant will be responsible for requirement analysis, ERPNext configuration, client training, documentation, and ongoing support. This is a full-time, office-based role in Delhi, with periodic travel to client sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end ERPNext implementation cyclesfrom requirement gathering to go-live.
• Configure ERPNext modules such as Accounting, Finance, Inventory, Sales, Purchase, CRM, and others as required.
• Translate business processes into ERPNext workflows and configurations.
• Prepare and deliver training sessions, user manuals, SOPs, and documentation.
• Collaborate with the technical team for customizations, scripts, and integrations.
• Provide post-implementation support and process improvements.
• Travel to client sites for requirement workshops, reviews, and go-live support.

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in ERP implementation projects; hands-on ERPNext experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of Accounting, Finance, Inventory, and Procurement workflows.
• Ability to manage clients independently and deliver functional solutions effectively.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Willingness to work full-time from the Delhi office and travel as needed.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Additional certifications such as ERPNext Certification, MBA, CA, CMA are a plus.
